Normal burning with a permit. Daytime burning permits may be issued with the Chief Fire Official's approval; evening fires run 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Same as Low — a permit is required, and daytime burning is at the Chief Fire Official's discretion. Conditions can tighten quickly at this rating.
All daytime burning permits and incinerator permits are suspended. A campfire is allowed after 6:00 PM and must be out before 6:00 AM — a permit is still required.
A total fire ban applies: no fires, regardless of any permit held. Wait for the rating to drop.
