Read and follow the Open Air Burning By-Law 2019-035.
Apply online: use the 'Apply For Burn Permit' request form on the Village's Burn Permits page (www.sundridge.ca/burn-permits). Alternatively, 'If access to the internet is a challenge, you may still pick up your fire permit at the Village of Sundridge Office during regular business hours Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm.'
After submitting the request, pay the $20.00 fee online via the 'SUBMIT BURN PERMIT FEE $20' link on the confirmation page (www.sundridge.ca/burn-permit-thank-you-pay-here).
Burn only between 6:00 pm and 10:00 am — no daytime campfires — and only when the current fire rating allows it.
