Seasonal, per MNRF recommendations (fee set for 2016; by-law states it may be amended from time to time outside the by-law)
Obtain a seasonal fire permit from the municipal office before setting any open fire other than for warmth or cooking
Pay the applicable fee.
Seasonal permit required (Section 2)
That all persons setting an open fire in the municipality of the United Townships of Head, Clara & Maria other than for warmth or cooking shall first obtain a seasonal fire permit from the municipality.
Permit fee (Section 3)
That the fee for the permit shall be set at $5 for 2016 and amended from time to time outside of this by-law.
Permit basis (Section 4)
That the permit shall be based on the recommendations of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry as amended from time to time.
