Apply online through Community Connect (communityconnect.io/info/on-haltonhills) or in person at the Georgetown Fire Department (14007 10 Sideroad). New recreational/residential applicants must submit two photographs showing the containment method (chiminea, fire pit, fire bowl, or prefab fireplace) with a minimum 6-foot clearance from surrounding structures, plus proof of an extinguishing method (hose or fire extinguisher)
